Waterloo, ON Canada | February 17th 2026 – We are excited to announce the launch of a new product naming strategy across our underwater imaging portfolio. The updated structure introduces a clearer, more scalable framework designed to reflect the distinct capabilities of each system and support the company’s continued innovation in subsea inspection and perception technologies.
Over the past several years, Voyis has expanded its product portfolio to serve a growing range of underwater applications, from visual inspection and photogrammetry to real-time spatial perception and high-accuracy 3D measurement. As the technology matured, so too did the need for a naming architecture that more accurately represents the systems’ functional intent, performance tiers, and operational focus.
The new naming strategy introduces clearly defined product series that align with how customers deploy and rely on Voyis technology in the field. Rather than focusing solely on hardware distinctions, the updated framework emphasizes capability-driven categories, helping our customers and partners more intuitively identify the right solution for their inspection or survey requirements.
“This evolution in naming is more than cosmetic,” said Patricia Sestari, Head of Marketing at Voyis. “It reflects how our technology has evolved. Our systems today are not simply cameras, they are integrated perception and measurement platforms. The new structure communicates that progression clearly and positions us for the next phase of growth.”
The renaming does not impact product specifications, certifications, or existing deployments. Customers can expect the same industry-leading optical performance, calibration processes, and validated accuracy standards that define Voyis systems today.

The announcement comes at an important time for Voyis, as the company continues to expand its product portfolio and extend its reach into new industries such as nuclear energy and aquaculture, while maintaining strong growth in offshore energy, ocean sciences, defense, and civil infrastructure. The updated naming strategy ensures that as Voyis’ offerings diversify, customers can easily understand each system’s purpose and performance, making it simpler to select the right solution for their unique operations. With greater emphasis across the industry on data-driven asset integrity and digital twin development, clarity in system capability and positioning has become increasingly important.
By aligning product names with system function and performance, Voyis aims to simplify communication across engineering teams, procurement departments, and inspection service providers, while reinforcing its long-term vision: delivering trusted underwater data that enables confident decision-making.
